When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday every week unless there is a federal holiday that affects shipping times. Orders placed after 5PM EST Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is passed off to UPS or USPS it should take 2 business days to arrive unless specifically stated otherwise. This means your order should arrive between Wednesday and Friday depending on when you placed your order.

 

Why don’t you ship the normal Carrot Cake or certain Over the Top flavors?

Since cakes tend to get abused in the shipping process, the frosting and some toppings on Over the Top flavors get smashed or fall off in the process. Unfortunately, the Carrot Cake Bundt is the only way we can ship the Carrot Cake while preserving its integrity. Carrot Cake Cheesecake and Bourbon Cream Cheesecake suffer from a similar issue; however, we are yet to find a safe way to ship those.

 

Do you ship your Gluten Free and Sugar Free cakes?

We do! For logistics reasons we don't have them on the website, give us a call at 585-730-5653 between 10-6pm Tuesday through Friday or 10-5pm Saturday to place an order.

 

Do you ship to (state)?

We are told we can ship to all 50 States and Puerto Rico. Alaska and Puerto Rico are the only two we are yet to ship to; however UPS has stayed within the 2 day window everywhere else so we trust they can make it happen.

 

Why do your products cost more on the shipping website vs your normal website?

All products for shipping have a packaging charge built into them. This is to cover the packaging materials, the insulated box, and the refrigerator pack(s).

 

Help! My cake arrived thawed!

We ship all our cakes with refrigerator packs, not freezer packs. This means there is a good chance your cake will arrive in a thawed state. We promise it’s safe to eat, simply keep the cake in the refrigerator or refreeze until ready to serve.

   

Help! I have a problem with my order!
